Naild'It Summer Lovin Melon Swatches

What I have for you today is mouth-watering Summer Lovin Melon by Naild'It Unique Polish.  Yes, I have some lucious watermelon nails...and let me tell you, they are delious!

So, let me slice this melon in half and you can take a bite yourself.  Are you ready?  Here we go!

We'll start of by looking at the bottle of this fantastic polish.  The colors are something.  Aren't they?

It's the colors of summer!!

I don't know if you can see them that well in these pictures, but this polish even has little black hearts....(♥).... as the seeds of this watermelon.

I will share with you below why watermelons mean so much to me. :)

First let me tell you about this cute manicure.  As underwear I applied my dominent pink polish which is Sugarkiss by Sheswai Lacquer.  The green polish on my ring finger is Gummy Worm by  Enchanted Polish which can be purchased at Llarowe.

I then applied Summer Lovin Melon by Naild'It Unique Polish.

The application of the glitter coat was quite easy with the exception of digging for the black hearts.  This was because there is just not that many hearts in the bottle or atleast I couldn't see them and had to work for them.

I top coated with SV and all the glitters are flat.  I really enjoyed my manicure.

Now, to let you know why watermelons are so dear to my heart.  My grandfather was a farmer and lived in Iowa.  I adored him then and now since he has passed.  My summers were spent on my grandparents farm.  Every summer when the watermelons were ripe my grandfather hauled them in his truck to the wholesalers.  My job was to accompany him on those trips.  It was a very important job as he pointed out to me several times.  He was one of the finest men I have ever known in my life.

So now I have Summer Lovin Melon and every time I look at my nails it brings back all the wonderful memories I have of my grandfather.

Do any of you remember a certain someone or a special time and place when you use a certain nail polish?  I would love to hear your story!

Thank you so much for letting me share something special with you today.  I enjoyed your company.

It's a beautiful thing!!!
